Su Majestad el Rey, resaltó
que la selección neozelandesa de rugby,
los famosos 'All Blacks', son un ejemplo para los niños y los jóvenes del mundo,
además de poner en valor su comportamiento,
en la entrega de los Premios Princesa de
Asturias 2017, donde fueron los ganadores de la categoría deportiva. "Quizá nadie sea hoy en
este acto más consciente del valor
de la lealtad y el compañerismo que los All Blacks, Premio de los
Deportes. Para ellos el trabajo en equipo y la colaboración, son norma. Tienen
una pasión común, el rugby; el rugby jugado de forma modélica, no solo para
ganar, sino también para practicar en el campo las mejores virtudes del
deportista completo: juego limpio, camaradería, solidaridad, educación, y respeto".
Estaban allí leyendas como el
apertura campeón del mundo en 1987 Grant Fox, el ex hooker Keven Mealamu,
campeón del mundo en 2011 y en 2015, y el ex centro Conrad Smith campeón del
mundo en 2011 y 2015, y los actuales full backs Israel Dagg (campeón del mundo 2015) y Jordie Barrett (debutante). El jurado también concedió a Les Luthiers el galardón de
Comunicación por
"ser un referente de libertad y uno de los
principales comunicadores de la cultura iberoamericana". Al grupo argentino lo fundó hace 50 años, Gerardo Masana (fallecido) y luego siguieron Daniel Rabinovich
(fallecido), Jorge Maronna, Marcos Mundstock, Carlos López Puccio, Carlos Núñez
Cortés, y últimamente Horacio Tato Turano y el cantante y actor Martín
O'Connor.
Haka and Humor at Princess of Asturias Awards - A breath of fresh air
In the middle of a rarefied
environment, in these times of intolerance, anguish, anxiety, chasms and
cracks, today the world lived a day with a sigh of relief, with a breath of
fresh air. At the Campoamor Theater in Oviedo City, capital of Principality of
